SCOPE OF WORK
The Developer shall provide the below deliverables.
Phase I: Consultancy, Design and site mapping
o Assessment of site elements/content/need/purpose of use
o Structure website, subsites, elements and estimate needed plug-ins (research phase and development
planning)
o Creation of the Site map “gloomaps” of full website content
o Revision of proposed structure as per given feedback
o Creation of the Initial Website Design sketch “Figma” (adaptation of preliminary branding and identity)
o Continuous consultancy meetings with the project team to finalize both the design and sitemap/structure
o Adaptation of UI based on team-s feedback
o Proposal of possible UX solutions
Phase II: website development and reviews
o Propose the themes for visual branding of site and choose with team final version to adapt
o Structuring the community platform with plug-ins and coding
o Community forum with registration segment
o Video streaming with registration segment
o Various pages of the Informative part of the website based on the proposals in phase 1
o Data Entry to fill the website
o Purchase plug-ins needed for the different segments of the project
o Purchase of adapted Theme chosen as final by the team
o Ensure proper translation of information in bilingual form (if needed)
o Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security coding
o Fine tunes
o Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for higher performance
o Website performance and testing
o Website upload and publishing (going LIVE without announcement)
o Training for 2 people from department team in terms of navigation, backend access, change of content,
adaptation of applications needed for uplift of platform in minor content changes (including text photo and
other)
o Recurring meetings for feedback and follow-up on project development and status.
