The subject of the public contract is the provision of services in research, development and innovation for the solution of the security research project within the SecPro Program in the sense of § 2 paragraph 2 letter g) Act No. 130/2002 Coll. on the support of research, experimental development and innovation from the public resources and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended, focused on the search and analysis of websites with defective content. This content serves to commit criminal activity, whether in the area of fraud, incitement to hatred, spreading alarmist reports or crimes against the constitutional establishment of the Czech Republic. With the development of modern technologies, the number of these websites is increasing exponentially, and the police authorities are thus overwhelmed to deal with the aforementioned crime. The in-demand tool should provide comprehensive relief and to streamline the detection and investigation of criminal activity committed in the virtual environment.
