CM-MC_2026_008 - 1 The purpose of this contract is to conclude a framework agreement with a single contractor for the supply, renewal, extension and support of IBM webMethods licenses, subscriptions, maintenance rights and support services, as well as for the provision of expertise services directly related thereto for the existing IBM webMethods environment of the contracting authority. The basic need is the extension of maintenance and support for the existing perpetual IBM webMethods licenses. During the duration of the framework agreement, the contracting authority may also, depending on its actual needs, order in particular the following products, rights and services: • IBM licenses and subscriptions Additional webMethods; • additional or fixed-term maintenance and support rights; • extensive support; • IBM Expert Labs or other expertise services proven to be supported by IBM; • assistance with life cycle management, capacity expansion, containerization and controlled modernization; • a predefined hypercare service and temporary assistance 24/7. LCM wants to keep the existing core-based licensing model and guarantee the continuity, support, lifecycle monitoring and controlled evolution of the existing IBM webMethods integration environment.
