Scope
• Designing a generic hosting platform for the development, test, acceptance and production environments.
• Realization of the hosting platform for web applications.
• Migration from the web applications to the goal of making hosting platform and making operational.
• Furnishing managed hosting (up to and including Technical application management including CMSs and) including maintenance, updates/upgrades and management of the entire hardware and software stack, up to and including technical application management.
• Perform the extensions in the case of new web applications and/or adjustments for existing Web applications and/or new applications that fit into the hosting concept.
• Implementation and support for (automating) update processes and managing them (Continuous Automation).
• An external test environment on and off, with which external usage tests can be performed and/or a view can be given to the upcoming changes.
• Monitoring (performance, capacity and security), pro-control and online and monthly reporting.
• Implementation of and support with content upload processes.
• couplings with the meaning environment and other external environment through VPN (or other coupling techniques) and realization of AD couplings.
• Monthly reports on the entire services.
• Plan for migration with contract termination.
