The objectives of this RFP are to: Create a roster of agencies and individuals with the appropriate specialized expertise in web development, design, and maintenance; and Select agencies and individuals, that will work effectively with university units and within University processes to produce compelling, consistent and integrated web communications. Agencies will be provided institutional guidelines and need to ensure they are fully aware of the University processes and can advise clients if required.In addition, York reserves the right to determine the number of Proponents Selected.York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid.
