Tenders are invited for Web-Based Integrated Library System
Circulation module - this includes a user database that integrates seamlessly with the bibliographic database to allow the circulation of library materials in person or through Interlibrary Loan
• Cataloging module - this includes a bibliographic database for describing and maintaining the library-s archival and bibliographic holdings and must accommodate all standard MARC bibliographic tags
• Authority control module - this is the name and subject authority database that links bibliographic elements to creators and subjects and must accommodate all standard MARC authority tags
• Reporting and statistical module - must be able to run reports on circulation statistics, cataloging statistics, and other administrative statistics as needed.
• Serials control module - must integrate with the Cataloging and Authority modules to provide the ability to create serial predictions, claim unreceived serials, and generally manage the agency-s serial collection
