The software electronic fishing and hunting administration (EFJ) is an administrative software for a wide variety of shops in the fishing and hunting inspectorate department. It is a web-based, client-capable and multilingual software solution based on Microsoft technology. SheIf the legal foundations are based on the Swiss and cantonal legislation in connection with hunting and fishing, covers the common business processes of fishing and hunting administrations, has integrated business control with its own document management system andEmail integration and various optional interfaces, including for financial and accounting systems (SAP) and geographical information systems (GIS, Swisstopo).
With this tender, a service provider is sought, which is sought to operate, maintain and support today'sWeb application EFJ and the mobile app initially maintains in a transition phase in the current state. However, the application and the mobile app will be technically outdated in a few years and must be renewed.
