As long as the weapon detection system meets/has all required salient characteristics and performs the exact requirements specified, the offer will be acceptable. Would VA Loma Linda Healthcare System like a US made or out of country system?Buy American statute applies on this acquisition. The system must be manufactured in United States.Solicitation Section 10. Specific Mandatory Tasks and Associated Deliverables, Requirement A states Electrical connections will be provided by Loma Linda HCS Engineering/Electrical team. Does low voltage count as electrical?
