Tender Details

Tender are invited for Project 1 Patient Overflow Room Renovation (Project Number 17DCWC04) This project is to complete construction in a room within the LDRP department into a two?bed patient room. The room is currently unfinished and will require the completion of mechanical & electrical services that are capped into the space, a door reconfiguration, and interior floor, ceiling, and wall finishes. Project 2 Pharmacy Renovation (Project Number 17DCWC10) This project contains two main scopes of work : (a) To replace the existing carpet throughout the pharmacy area with sheet flooring. The pharmacy department cannot relocate out of the space during this flooring replacement, so the work must be sequenced while maintaining pharmacy operations. The documents prepared by the consultants identifies a work sequence acceptable to Island Health, with the understanding that this can be amended based on the suggestions and experience provided by the successful proponent. (b) Renovate the existing 'Sterile Preparation' room into three separate rooms.
Notes : There will be an opportunity to view the facility during a MANDATORY Site Tour to be held on May 1, 2018 (to be confirmed) 1 : 00 pm local time. Contractors to meet at the main entrance lobby.
