Waterford City and County Council wishes to invite tender submissions for the provision of services of a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary consultancy team to collaborate with the Council-s in-house Rural Development Team on the preparation of the Town Centre First Plan, for Lismore, Co. Waterford.
