Bid proposals shall be returned to Wayne County Finance at P.O. Box 227, Goldsboro, NC 27533, on or before 2:00 p.m., May 6, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. This invitation is extended to all qualified vendors/manufacturers that are specifically in the business of building emergency medical vehicles and/or equipment.
