The subject of the order is the creation of a platform for privacy protection, enabling the automation of processes related to the fulfillment of obligations in the field of primary regulation of personal data processing. The platform will be different from one Waulter and will be integrated into existing technological environments the contracting authority. Clem is to ensure support for processors, processors and entities with the obligation to identify, apply and evaluate processes arising in particular from GDPR, ePrivacy and related national primary regulations.
