Waterway - South (Waterkering) Description: Why a 2-phase tender (Construction team DG2025 → UAV 2012) Delfland consciously opts for a 2-phase approach, in which a construction team phase according to DG2025 is first deployed and then the realization takes place under UAV 2012conditions. This choice arises from the unique combination of a relatively simple technical task - realizing a stable flood defense - and very complex implementation conditions that pose major risks for costs, planning and environmental acceptance.
