Description : SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Mobilization of manpower, materials and tools/ equipment after "conforme" of approved PO is submitted to the Property Section
2. Cleaning of concrete substrate from all dirt, oil, grease, loose concrete particles, loose cement spillages and all contaminants that can impair adhesion of applied coatings
3. Repair and sealing of all cracks, hairlines, concrete holes and other concrete finish imperfections
4. Replacement of floor drain. Preferably brass or stainless steel (SS type 304) anti-blocking dome strainer / anti-leaf blockage type
5. Application of Bitumen Concrete Primer on substrate using roller/brush. Proper curing of primer
6. Application of Bituminous waterproofing membrane 3.5mm thick (Bitumen) using cylinder fed propane gas torch & trowel. Proper curing of applied Bitumen
7. Application of water based polymer modified acrylic membrane (@ 1-2 coats) on parapet cap/wall. Proper curing of applied coats
8. Leak testing for 24 hrs
9. Demobilization and clearing of Job Site
