THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. This is not a request for offers or proposals and this notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. This is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received as a result of this announcement. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response.
In this context, GSA is in the process of determining availability, adequacy, and capabilities of potential small business sources for Design-Build Construction Services for Waterproofing Penthouse Roof Well slabs in accordance with the GSA quality standards and requirements. The estimated dollar value is between $250, 000.00 to $290, 000.00.
A ("Similar Project"), must meet all three elements of size, type, and complexity as further defined here. To be considered similar in size projects must exceed $250, 000.00 in construction cost and be completed in the last (6) years. The contractor must have experience with Flat Roof waterproofing. The waterproofing must be warranted for a minimum of 15 years. All work must be performed on weekends.
Sources are being sought for firms with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 million. Responses should be submitted with the following information. 1. Offerors name, address, points of contact with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. 2. Business size classification, include any designations of Small business, HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Woman Owned 8(a) etc. (3) Past Experience on similar project (at least 1 or more) (4) Letter of Interest (5) Capability Statement.
