The subject of the order includes waterproofing of the building of the City and Commune Office in Margonin in the following scope: 1) insulation of walls below the ground and waterproofing of foundation walls. It is planned to insulate foundation walls below the ground with polystyrene foam. EPS 100 038 Hydro Plus gr. 10cm2) Earthworks around the building - it was planned to excavate the building walls below the ground to the depth of the foundation. - demolition of concrete steps and a ramp for disabled people at the entrance door on the south side protruding beyond the face of the external wall of the building. ATTENTION!! THE WALLS SHOULD BE PARTIALLY EXPOSED AT A MAXIMUM LENGTH. 2.0 m, DOES NOT LEAD TO EXPOSURE OF THE WALLS ON THE ENTIRE LENGTH! 3) Renovation and construction works - the walls should be primed with three layers of bitumen emulsion, - designed insulation made of roofing felt, - laying of polystyrene boards, - the bottom of the trench should be covered with geotextile. 4) Reconstruction of the ramp for the disabled and the entrance stairs - external stairs - made of concrete cubes. 6 cm on the layer of swirl ballast and sub-base centrifugal cement, gr. 10 cm. - a concrete driveway is being designed, Detailed Description of the Subject...
