Detailed scope of the task: Execution of waterproof and thermal insulation of the western wall of the building, PCz Archives, together with the removal of the effects moisture is described in the Functional and Utility Program constituting an annex to the SWZ. 1. Warranty and guarantee: The contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for a period of min. 36 months for the subject of the order, excluding systems and devices covered by the subject orders for which the manufacturer provides a warranty. In the case of systems and devices covered by the subject of the order, the warranty period applies in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms, but not shorter than 36 months. The contractor is obliged to provide at least: 5 years warranty for the subject of the order. Detailed terms of guarantee and warranty are specified in the draft contract constituting an integral part of the Specification of Order Conditions.2.
