1. The Philippine Normal University Visayas through the funding of the Government of the Philippines intends to apply the sum of One hundred thousand pesos only (100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PNU-VIS - GD 2022-08-022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Proposals.
