There is an IT error posting the Amendmentfrom teh solicitation module to SAM.gov. This amendment is posted with the marker as "Original" This will be known as Amendment 0002 and not the Original. All changes to teh solicitation are described below.
Original Requirement:
The 53d Weapons Evaluation Group (WEG) provides aerial targets for lethality testing of major weapons systems and munitions programs under U.S. Code Title 10, Sec 2366. The 53 WEG evaluates all USAF fighters, bombers, air-to-air missiles, and conventional precision guided munitions supporting DoD and Foreign Military customers. It also hosts live- fire Weapons System Evaluation Program (WSEP) exercises. The primary mission of the Watercraft Operations and Maintenance Contractor supporting the 53d WEG mission.
Amendment 0002:
The purpose of this Amendment is to address the following:1. Include DAFFARS Clause 5352.204-9002 Security Incident Reporting and Procedures.2. Remove DFARS Clauses 252.204-7014 and 252.204-7015.3. Update Attachment 14 to read as Attachment 14 in the Footer.4. Update the List of Attachments, Number 15 has been updated from Attachment 09 FAR 52.212-2 - Evaluation to Attachment 10 Past Performance Questionnaire.5. Include DAFFARS Clause 5352.223-9001 Health and Safety on Government Installations.6. Marked FAR Clause 52.219-8 Utilization of Small Business Concerns within FAR Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Products and Commercial Services.7. Removed DFARS Clause 252.239-7018 Supply Chain Risk.8. Include addition language to Attachment 08 Addendum FAR 52.212-1 - Instructions, "Prior to the site visit the contractor will be required to submit their names of their attendees to Mr. David Hackney at david.hackney.1@us.af.mil no later than September 4th, 2025."9.
