Description : The Town is seeking Proposals from qualified firms interested in upgrading the Town of Cochrane-s Water Treatment Plant SCADA System. The system currently consists of one server/workstation and one desktop workstation, both running on Windows 7, with FactoryTalk View SE HMI. Our main server is responsible for generating reports using xL Reporter. The Town will supply the desktop workstation with latest operating system. The Successful Bidder will work with the Town-s IT Manager to facilitate the project. The Town-s expectation is that the upgrades to the SCADA system would be complete by September 15, 2023.
