Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:(a)The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 10 years.b)Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of Construction, Supply, Installation and commissioning of Water Treatment Plant work of minimum Tk.30.00 lac in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years.In case of private sector experience the supplier must submit the vetted certificate by concerned PWD Executive Engineer whose jurisdiction covers the area of work. years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.b)Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk 40.00 lakh in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW 3A-7) in Original form which must be unconditional (c)The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting Tk 165.00 Lakh.d)The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of Tenderer shall beTk 44.00 Lakh.e)Tender Capacity of the Tenderer should be Tk 35.00 Lakh.f)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender (i)Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board, GOB.(h) The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details in the Section 2, 4, 7.8 & 9 in the Document Tab. Minimum 75 out of 100 Score to be obtained to be technically qualified.
