The Dayton Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC), Dayton, OH, has a requirement for the contractor to provide parts, material, labor, and supervision, to provide water management testing, treatment, and monitoring services necessary to protect all water systems for domestic hot and cold water, steam, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, ice machines, reverse osmosis systems, and hydronic heating and chilled water systems by means of a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and four (4) one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
1. Contract Title. Water Management Contract
2. Background: Contractor must provide all parts, material, labor, and supervision, to provide water management testing, treatment, maintenance and monitoring services necessary to protect all water systems for domestic hot and cold water, steam, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, ice machines, reverse osmosis systems, and hydronic heating and chilled water systems. A site visit will be necessary. Information will be forthcoming.
3. Scope: Provide continuous Legionella protections (Buildings 320, 330, 350, and 410) via Monochloramine secondary disinfection with Sanipur monochloramine generators on domestic hot and cold water. Provide continuous monitoring of domestic hot and cold-water distribution systems with Sanipur SaniWare remote monitoring panels.
