1. The Barangay Buri Jaro, Leyte through the 20% Economic Development fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Eight Pesos and 31/100 only (Php 129, 928.31) Only. being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Watersystem Barangay Buri, Jaro, Leyte . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Buri Jaro, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Nine (9) Calendar Days the Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
