Products or services: Professionals The general objective of this public tender called “UPDATE OF HOLDERS IN THE LIST OF WATER USE RIGHTS AFFECTED TO PAYMENT OF PATENT FOR NON-USE OF WATER”, is to determine the current holders of water use rights -D.A.A.-, and their corresponding registration in the Water Property Registry of the respective Real Estate Registrar, identified in 168 patent numbers in the regions: Valparaíso, Metropolitana, Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins and Maule, which are currently outdated, requiring a title study and direct investigation of their respective current registrations in the Water Property Registries in the respective Real Estate Conservators. Whoever is awarded the contract will have a registry that will identify, at least: the patent number, the resolution or ruling that constituted or recognized the respective right of use, according to applicable, the owner and the last conservatory registration that is registered in the list of patents for non-use. Additionally, the General Directorate of Water will issue an Ordinary Address to Real Estate Conservators, where will specify the execution of the contract by the successful Contractor of this tender, to facilitate access to the different conservators.
