Abstract: This procurement process is a joint call to establish a qualification system by Severn Trent Water Limited ("STW") and Hafren Dyfrdwy Cyfyngedig ("HD") pursuant to the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 ("UCR 2016").STW and HD wish to establish a qualification system for the purpose of sourcing Water Resources Management Consultancy (the "Qualification System"). The purpose of this Invitation to Qualify ("ITQ") is to assist participants to qualify onto the Qualification System. Successful participants will then be eligible to receive a Request for Proposal ("RFP") for contracts under the Qualification System. The Qualification System will be split into the following Categories:-• Category 1 - Hydrogeology • Category 2 - Environmental Investigations of Abstraction Impact • Category 3 - Hydro-ecological Monitoring/Sampling • Category 4 - Ground Water Modelling • Category 5 - Water Resources Modelling • Category 6 - Strategic Environmental Appraisals
