Description : 1. The PENR Office, through its Provincial Bids and Awards Committee invites eligible supplier/s to submit duly signed proposal/quotation not later than the closing date and time for the lot procurement stated below:
WATER QUALITY SAMPLING (monthly sampling)
-Target River: Gumain River, Floridablanca, Pampanga
-3 sampling points - upstream, midstream, downstream
-with results and analysis
-Minimum parameters needed: Fecal Coliform, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD)
2. Proposal/quotation received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected.
3. Interested bidder/s must submit the following documents:

1. Proof of PhilGEPS Registration (Registration Number/Certificate)
2. Valid and Current Mayor-s/Business Permit for CY 2024
3. Omnibus Sworn Statement
