This is a contract action to provide installation services to complete an upgrade of the Sterile Processing Services s Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification system. All required materials have been separately purchased and are being delivered onsite.
Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC., is the sole source of the upgrade service and parts, as they are the original manufacturers of the current system. Failure to do so will void the system s extended warranty, which would interrupt continued optimal performance and reliability. Robert English, Senior Executive Account manager at Evoqua, the manufacturer of the system, has confirmed that they are the sole source of the parts and labor involved with this unit s upgrade.
