This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Healthcare Contracting Division - West, Foxtrot Branch, Bldg 339 146 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, if necessary, and award firm fixed-price contract for a water purification system, reverse osmosis, hemodialysis for the Brian D.
