Drinking Water Quality Management System:
The Water & Wastewater Division, Public Works for the City of Kawartha Lakes has implemented a quality management system for the provision of safe drinking water that meets the requirements of The Ontario Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Park-s Drinking Water Quality Management Standard. There is a Quality Management System Policy that has been developed where specific procedures exist pertaining to the provision of supplies and services essential for the delivery of safe drinking water. The contractor will be required to follow all applicable QMS policies and procedures. The Quality Management System Policy can be viewed on the City-s website at:
