1. The Municipality of Barcelona, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Pesos (Php2, 632, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Water Activities Innovation (Supply & Delivery of Kayak, Crystal Kayak, Water Tri-Bike, Stand Up Paddle & Jetski) (Lot 1)/2025-20. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Barcelona now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 20 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 20 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
