Project Description : 1. This Request for Proposal is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories:C7200000- Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants; OR C7300107 - Bridge Painting & Sandblasting.2. The City of Calgary requires a contractor to supply and apply coatings for Wastewater Treatment facilities.3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4. Agreement Term: Initial one (1) year with option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
