Bids for the construction of the Project will be received via electronic mail (email) until 1:00 P.M. on May 27th, 2026. Bids shall be sent electronically by 1:00 P.M. to all of the following email addresses: [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] Bidders are highly encouraged to submit their bids earlier than the listed deadline to prevent issues with the submission process. Bids received electronically past the 1:00 P.M. deadline will be considered late and thus will not be included in the bid tabulation. Bidders are required to reach out to confirm receipt once a bid has been submitted. A bid tabulation will be released to all bidders within 5 business days. The Project includes the following Work: The project includes the age-related refurbishment of an aerated lagoon wastewater treatment facility. This includes replacement of the lagoon liners, air distribution system, and blowers and installation of a new baffle curtain in Lagoon No. 2. A sludge cleanout project was completed at the end of 2025, Contractor will be responsible for minimal sludge cleanout during liner removal. A new ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system will be installed to replace the existing one. The control building will be refurbished, and the existing electrical service will be replaced.
