This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared with the format in RFO Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation.
Solicitation FA4484-26-R-0015 is a Request for Proposals (RFP).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through current Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) changes and applicable deviations.
Notice to Offeror. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after suspense date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The contractor shall not request, nor will the Government make, payments for any preliminary proposals, time or cost incurred.
This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 562991 with a small business size standard of $9, 000, 000.
The government intends to award a firm-fixed price Requirements contract for a period of one base year and four option years for all services included in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and outlined in the attached SF 1449.
Please ensure that all provided instructions are adhered to in Attachment 2 - 52.212-2 Instructions to Offerors - Section L_5 August 2026.
Pricing may be done on your own document or the attached SF1449 Solicitation document.
The services will be performed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ throughout the performance period.
No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating applies to this acquisition.
