WASTE TREATMENT WITH CODES: 20 01 08 - BIODEGRADABLE KITCHEN WASTE, 20 02 01 - BIODEGRADABLE WASTE IN THE R3 PROCESS The subject of the order is: Processing of waste codes: 20 01 08 biodegradable kitchen waste i 20/02/01 waste biodegradable in the R3 process. Estimated amount of waste to be processed: 4, 500 [Mg]. The Ordering Party stipulates that the amount of waste specified in this way is an indicative amount and the delivery of waste in an amount less than 4, 500 [Mg] does not result in any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, provided that the Ordering Party is obliged to transfer at least 500 [Mg] of waste to the Contractor for processing, and the Ordering Party is liable for damages for failure to transfer this minimum amount on general principles provided for by generally applicable law. The minimum threshold of waste that the Ordering Party will submit to the Contractor for processing is 500 Mg. Delivery of waste to the Contractor will take place on working days from Monday to Friday hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding public holidays. Waste will be delivered directly in bags from a collection point or a selective municipal waste collection point and weighed on a certified scale of the waste processing installation. Waste 20/02 01 and 20/01/08 transferred to the Processing Installation in the R3 process without prior cleaning will be unpacked by the Contractor.
