Tender Details

I. SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: The subject of the order is the provision of industrial goods disposal services and tobacco products disposal services for which forfeiture has been ordered to the State Treasury and which are in the possession of IAS and its subordinate units. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the scope as well as the method and requirements for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in: description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constituting: Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - part 1, Annex No. 1b to the SWZ - part 2 and a template agreement, constituting: Annex No. 2a to the SWZ - part 1, Annex No. 2b to the SWZ - part 2. II. DIVISION OF THE ORDER INTO PARTS: The subject of the order was divided into 2 parts: a) Part 1 - "Disposal of industrial products", b) Part 2 - "Disposal of products tobacco products. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party does not establish, pursuant to Art. 91 section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, restrictions on the possibility of awarding a certain number of parts of the contract to one Contractor. The contractor may submit only one offer for each part of the order. Therefore, the Contractor may submit an offer for one or two parts of the order. The most advantageous offer will be selected separately for each part of the subject of the contract. III. SOCIAL CLAUSE Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law - Ordering Party applies the social clause described in detail in Chapter 4 of the SWZ, point 5. IV. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding a public contract pursuant to Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. V. Information about countermeasures...
