General part General part (1) The procurement concerns waste bins and product-related services for collection near properties to customers entitled to tender (procurement authorities, municipalities and municipal companies, hereinafter referred to as UM) throughout Sweden. The procurement is divided into four tender areas: Tender area 1 Single-compartment container Tender area 2 Two-compartment container with center-hung lids Tender area 3 Two-compartment container with side-hung lids Tender area 4 Two-compartment bins and four-compartment bins with insert The purpose of the framework agreement is to satisfy UM's need to be able to call off goods connected to containers for collection close to the property in an effective and efficient manner. The framework agreement further aims to provide a quality-assured, standardized and cost-effective range that meets current legislation, relevant industry standards and work environment requirements and is compatible with Swedish collection systems. The goal is to ensure high product quality and longevity, promote a circular economy through a high proportion of recycled material and offer a competitive framework agreement with a flexible call-off model. Adda intends to enter into framework agreements with a maximum of three (3) suppliers per agreement area. Each contract area is evaluated and awarded separately.
