Kaarea Oy tenders the waste management-related services it is responsible for by sub-area. Contract period 01.08.2026 (target) - 31.07.2027 Sub-area 1: Waste bins includes waste bins that can be emptied regularly and on demand. Targets Paimio, Salo, Somero, Turku and Uusikaupunki Sub-area 2: The suction truck includes the service of emptying the biowaste tank of the TYKS main hospital's food center. The vacuum truck empties the bio-waste container on request and takes the waste to the processing plant. The composition of the waste is approx. 50% bio-waste and 50% water. Destination Turku. Area 3: The emptying of the pallets of the real estate service includes waste fractions during construction. Some of the pallets are rental pallets of the waste company and some of the pallets are under the Customer's control. The destination is Turku. COMPULSORY FAMILIARITY OF THE DESTINATIONS: Tender submission requires that the Bidder has familiarized himself with the sites in accordance with the inspection visit schedule in Appendix 2. A certificate signed by the contact person will be obtained from the familiarization, which must be presented to the procurement entity on request to confirm the validity of the bids when checking.
