Waste management with code 20 03 01 1. The subject of the order is "Waste management with code 20 03 01", in an amount of approx. 2, 100 Mg. The offered waste management method must be consistent with the applicable legal provisions and recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). 2. The place of waste collection is the Ordering Party's reloading station located at: ul. Curve 7, 43-450 Ustroń, while the place of waste management is the installation for waste management covered by the subject of the order, which is operated by the Contractor, located at a maximum distance of 45 km from the Employer's reloading station, referred to above. according to the location on the website https://www.google.pl/maps. 3. The Ordering Party allows changing the waste management installation specified in the offer only provided that another installation is located within a radius of up to 45 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters, however, no further than the distance indicated in the offer. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting an offer by a Contractor who has a decision solely for waste collection. 5. The Ordering Party will transport waste using its own efforts and at its own expense Cost. 6.
