The subject of the order is waste management in the R1 process with code 16 01 03 - waste tires (small tires up to Ø 1200 mm), collected/received by the Ordering Party in the country, as part of the activities specified in section 2 of this paragraph and stored on the premises of the plants managed by the Ordering Party. 2.Waste 16/01/03 - used tires will come from waste collections large-size waste, organized on the premises of the Ordering Party's business and within the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) run and operated by the Ordering Party. 3. The Ordering Party undertakes to deliver, a Contractor for waste management with code 16 01 03 in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Deliveries of used tires will be made on the basis of a weekly schedule, which will be established no later than on the Friday preceding the week in which which deliveries will be made. The schedule will be sent electronically to the email address indicated in the contract. 4. The Ordering Party emphasizes that the specified amounts of waste are estimates, subject to change, intended to assist in preparation of the offer, with the maximum amounts of waste not exceeding the total amount of waste during the term of the contract specified in point 5.
