Helsinki Region Environmental Services Municipal Corporation (HSY) requests your offer for waste management maintenance and basic cleaning services. The request for tender is divided into two (2) parts according to the cleaning targets. One supplier is selected for both sites. Same the service provider can be selected for both areas. Areas (2): 1. - Kiviko jätepalvelukeskus, Kivikonlaita 5, 00940 Helsinki- Konala Sortti-asema, Betonitie 3, 00390 Helsinki- Ruskeasanna Sortti-asema, Klemmintie 7, 01390 Vantaa- Seutula astiahalli, Hanskalliontie 12, 01760 Vantaa2. - Jorvaksen Sorti-asema, Jorvaksentie 10, 02420 Kirkkonummi- Ämmässuo ekoteollisuuskeskus, Ämmässuontie 8, 02820 Espoo The procured service includes comprehensive cleaning according to the service description, which includes maintenance cleaning work, periodic work and annual cleaning work. The contract is tentatively concluded for the period 1.1.2027 - 30.9.2028, after which it is possible to extend the contract with two (2) one (1) year option periods. The subscriber ends the option period from using no later than (6) months before the end of the contract period. The use of the option period will be notified to the Supplier in writing. We require that the Bidders participate in the familiarization visit organized by the Customer of the service on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Ämmässuon in the eco-industry center, Ämmässuontie 8, office (crossing 3), Espoo.
