The manufacturing enterprise is conducting a tender for the provision of waste management services and the removal of waste for disposal with contractors who have the appropriate Licenses !!!!Services for 2026-2027 for the management of the following categories of waste:• Used batteries (16 06 01*)• Used oils and fats (13 02 08*)• Used batteries (20 01 33*/16 06 03*).• Fluorescent lamps (20 01 21 *). Requirements for the counterparty: 1. Availability of a valid License to conduct business management activities hazardous waste2. Availability of a Permit for the treatment of hazardous waste. Please provide me with an offer indicating the cost of disposal and management of the listed hazardous waste. Along with the offer, you must download the permits documents!!! The amount of waste may change! The customer is not obliged to choose a tender offer based solely on the price criterion. The evaluation of submitted proposals is carried out according to a set of criteria, which include, but are not limited to: cost, quality of works, terms of performance, material and technical base of the Participant, warranty obligations, reliability and experience of the Participant, terms of payment, warranty service and other indicators important for the Customer. The Customer reserves the right independently and on own discretion to determine the importance of each criterion, as well as to choose the offer that is the most advantageous according to the totality of all criteria, even if its price is not the lowest. Submitting a tender offer confirms that the Participant agrees to such conditions assessment and has no right to make claims regarding the results of the selection on the grounds of non-selection of the offer with the minimum price.
