Waste in Hajnówka: 19 05 03 - compost that does not meet the requirements (unsuitable for use), in the basic quantity of 2, 000 Mg and the quantity subject to the option law of 500 Mg. Total amount of waste 2, 500 Mg. Waste covered by this order should be: managed in installations that have decisions allowing the processing of this waste in the recovery process, in a manner consistent with applicable legal provisions in this regard and using at least one recovery process specified in a non-exhaustive list of recovery processes constituting Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587). A waste broker is obliged to organize waste processing within the meaning of the Act of December 17, 2012 on waste art. 3 section 1 point 20. Waste with code 19 05 03 should be managed in the R3 recovery process.
