1) The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 05 03 - compost that does not meet the requirements (unsuitable for use) through recovery in a total amount of up to 4, 000.00 Mg, divided into part II: - Part I Collection and transport service and waste management with code 19 05 03 - compost that does not meet the requirements (unsuitable for use) in an amount up to 2, 000.00 Mg, - Part II Waste collection, transport and management service with code 19 05 03 - compost that does not meet the requirements (unsuitable for use) in an amount up to PLN 2, 000.00. The contractor may submit an offer only for one part. Submitting an offer in two parts will result in rejection of the offer.2) The Ordering Party reserves that the provisions specified in Chapter V section 2 points 1 quantities are indicative and illustrative possible size of the scope of the subject of the order and may change depending on the needs of the ordering party, however, the minimum amount of waste transferred will be for: - Part I 1, 500.00 Mg, - Part II 1, 500.00 Mg.
