Purpose and Intent:Conservation Halton is interested in contracting a qualified and experienced waste management contractor to provide waste collection and disposal services at multiple facilities in a consistent, safe and environmentally responsible manner. Duration of contract is one (1) year.4.2 Description of Works by Contractor4.2.1 Contractor to provide routine and as needed waste collection and removal services as outlined in previous Overview4.2.2 Contractor responsible for providing new and/or freshly painted/refurbished bins to site(s), and replacing any damaged bins/lids immediately upon request4.2.3 Contractor responsible for transporting waste materials to an approved and licensed disposal facility4.2.4 All Contractor vehicles and personnel to comply with applicable safety regulations when on Conservation Halton property4.2.5 Contractor must comply with all applicable municipal, provincial and federal regulations including environmental protection, waste handling, transportation and occupational health and safety requirements
