1. Collection and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Ordering Party with code 19 05 03 (fraction 0-20 mm) - compost that does not meet the requirements (unsuitable for use). Waste generated as a resultfor screening the stabilizer using a drum screen with a 20 mm sieve - in D13. Prepared waste with code 19 05 03 is in the form of "bulk". The contractor is obliged to manage the waste in question with code 19 05 03 in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment ofDecember 28, 2022 on the mechanical and biological processing of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (Journal of Laws 2023, item 56, as amended).
