scope of work
the st. Lawrence parks commission is looking for qualified and experienced contractors to submit bids for the following 2 projects located at skywood, 1278 thousand islands parkway, mallorytown, ontario, which is about 15 minutes west of brockville ontario.
East washroom renovation:
complete extensive renovations to the existing east washroom based on the site plan, architectural drawings and scope of work to be in the tender documents.
West washroom renovation and addition:
complete extensive renovations to the existing west washroom and construct a new addition that will house showers and a new utility room based on the site plan, architectural drawings and scope of work to be in the tender documents. Mechanical drawings will also be provided for this project.
