The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the supply, delivery and off-loading of coffee, hot chocolate, flavored coffee; comes with supply, installation and maintenance of brewing machines on an as required basis.
Duration of contract: The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods.
All the deliverables must be received on an as and when required basis.
Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
