Tender Details SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of a Mobile Warehouse Storage Racking System described as per the tender specifications and drawings.
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Contract will be award to the lowest compliant bid which meet or exceeds the requirements detailed within the attached specifications and drawings of the tender.
Prior to Contract award, the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the Vendor's past performance within the previous five (5) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the Vendor's bid.
SUBMITALS
Contractor must provide New Brunswick Engineer stamped drawings.
DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE
The Supplier shall deliver all materials to Department's of Transportation and Infrastructure, Lancaster Warehouse, Saint John, NB on or before March 31, 2023. Delivery after this date may result in cancellation of the order.
Shipping charges MUST be included in pricing.
