Due to multiple questions received via the APP Discussion Forum Tab, the Solicitation Requirements have been revised and replaced to extend the Solicitation Due Date/Time to Tuesday, April 7, 2026, to update the Scope of Work, and to update the background, tasks and State Provided Items sections..3.
