Maximum completion date: up to 5 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.2. Transport of the goods at the Seller's expense and risk to the Ordering Party's registered office3. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of invoice delivery. In case of late delivery of the invoice execution of the order, the deadline of 30 days will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the ordering party, and in the case of delivery of the invoice before the execution of the order, the deadline will be counted from the date of execution of the order.4. A declaration from the Seller that it is delivered the goods are brand new/refurbished and free from defects.5. Required warranty is 12 months from the date of delivery to the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A.). 6. Delivery of goods with protective packaging required. 7.
